Who is in the room, tonight.
Today is the desk's home: the register per class, a walk-in added in a tap, a kiosk at the door for students who tap themselves in. The teacher takes attendance on her phone; a substitute sees the same page. Every check-in is a fact the membership and the till already know about.

Workshops that sell themselves.
A workshop, a social, a show — each a page on your site with a sign-up that knows the capacity. Over capacity becomes a waitlist, not an oversold room; a window opens and closes on its own; the desk confirms, promotes and marks paid from one list. A sign-up is never deleted: it is the record of what you told someone.

The product Operations Private lessons
A teacher's hour, booked from the site.
A student picks a teacher, a duration, a day and an hour from the availability the teacher set herself — with buffer, notice and the room included. Pays by MB WAY or card; the slot is held until the payment lands, never claimed before. The desk sees the agenda and the money received against pending.

The product Operations Studio rental
A room by the hour, when it is truly free.
Opening hours, the published classes, other bookings and blackouts are one calculation; a visitor is offered only a slot that clears all of them. The request holds the room; the desk confirms or declines from one list, and the letter goes out with the decision.
