- We already have a website.
- Keep the address. The preview shows what changes: the timetable that is the site, a trial request on every class, and a desk behind it. Your team edits everything without WordPress.
- Our timetable changes every month, that's why it's a PDF.
- That is the whole point: you publish next month once and the site, the phone page, the PDF and the “what's new” change together. The PDF still exists — it makes itself.
- We use fobs and a QR code at the entrance.
- Keep them. Today a fob, or the QR on a student's phone, is a check-in at a kiosk tablet, and every check-in counts as a visit. A reader that opens doors is wave 9, priced when it exists.
- We're small. One room, forty students.
- Site is €79. And on Studio the arithmetic is one extra enrolment per location per month — that is what pays for it.
- What if it doesn't work for us?
- Then you don't pay the first month, and your data comes back to you as one zip. No lock-in, ever.
- We already do direct debit with the bank.
- Keep it. The payment is recorded on the member as a transfer and the desk reconciles the month on a board — who is paid, in grace or past due. Writing the bank file itself is on our plan, and we say so rather than promise it.
- What if you disappear?
- Your data leaves in one zip whenever you ask, as files you can open. Every row carries your school and the database refuses the others, and there is a backup every night with a restore we have rehearsed end to end.
