The subscription is the business. On the Network we take nothing on your online payments; on the Launch, half a percent — on top of the processor's own cost, never instead of a price.

The only arithmetic there is
Per organisation, per month, excluding VAT. The Network includes three locations; every location beyond those is €99 a month — so seven locations is €499 + 4 × €99 = €895. Active students beyond the 2 000 included are €0.20 each, counted in hundreds. Nothing else is ever added.

Say yes to the preview and it becomes your account in place; build it yourself tonight and it is live the same evening. Either way the first invoice comes after a month on your own address — a paid launch with a month to move in, not a trial that ends in a sales call.

Somebody with a booking, an attendance or a live membership that month. Enquiries, trial requests and students who stopped do not count — so the bill only grows when the school does.

It is a launch with a month to migrate, not a trial that ends in a sales call: the timetable is live, the desk is yours, and nothing is rebuilt.
The price is the price, for everyone, for the first customer and the hundredth. When it makes sense to give more we add a bonus — a language, a training session, priority support — and keep the number.

On request we hand you the zip of everything, as files you can open; thirty days in which you can still ask for it, then we delete it. In the first 90 days we refund the last month.
The certified software you already use. The integration is built and is switched on with the first school that takes a payment through us; until then your accountant's series stays exactly where it is.
In the European Union, on machines we run ourselves, with one sub-processor per service. The sub-processor list and the data processing agreement come with the contract.
