The product · everything it does

One platform, from the front page to the front desk.

By outcome, not by module. Every line below is a screen that exists today; the few that do not yet exist say when they will.

Next month's schedule in two clicks

Clone last month, adjust by weekday, publish. The PDF and the “what changed” come out of the same click. Students read it by day and by room, on their phones.

Booking with your studio's rules

Capacity, waitlists, monthly enrolment or drop-in, levels, age bands — and, in partner dancing, the balance between leads and follows. On your own site, with no password: a six-digit code by email.

Money recorded once, rules the desk enforces

Packs, unlimited, freezes, renewal on a board. Cash, terminal, transfer and card on one register; certified invoicing and MB WAY built, switched on with the first school that takes a payment.

Publish the month once

Publish the month once; the phone page, the PDF and the “what's new” follow.

Clone last month, drag what changed, press publish — about twenty minutes. Under 30, or we publish it for you.

  • Next month cloned from this one; adjust by weekday, drag a class in the grid.
  • Eight checks before it goes live: a room twice-booked, a teacher in two places.
  • The A4 PDF and the “what's new” list make themselves from the same click.
  • The timetable by day, by room and by age, filtered on a phone; the URL is the message.
  • Republish the month and nobody loses their seat.
  • How long publishing a month actually takes you, measured.

A request that names the class

A trial request arrives already naming the class, in that location's own inbox.

Not one of six mailboxes, and not a message nobody wrote down.

  • A trial-class request on every class, no account needed, naming the class and the page.
  • It lands in that location's desk inbox; managers see only their own locations.
  • Reply in one click, in her language, signed as the school.
  • When she comes, one click makes her a student — an adult and a child in one go.
  • Marketing consent asked once, recorded, and honoured everywhere.
  • coming · wave 7 Campaigns, segments, and the follow-up that goes out by itself after 48 hours.

The site is the timetable

Your timetable, teachers and prices are your website — and it never goes stale.

Change a class or a price at the desk once; the site, the English page and the PDF follow. Five layers make it yours; none is a page builder.

  • Your public site on your own proscenium.studio address today; your own domain when you point it at us.
  • Every style, every location and every month is a real page Google can read.
  • Portuguese and English from one edit, with the alternates a crawler needs.
  • Zero third-party requests: no font CDN, no tracker, no script a visitor did not ask for.
  • Teachers, styles, events, news and promotions, each a page of its own.
  • Recolour and reshape it yourself from the desk, with a live preview.
  • coming · wave 10 Spanish, French and German alongside them.
  1. 1 Your colours, your type, your mark

The same colour on the button, the schedule block and the invoice — changed in one place, changed everywhere.

  2. 2 A design direction, not a colour picker

A starting point somebody actually designed — more poster, more editorial, more dense — and you move from there.

  3. 3 The sections are yours, and so is their order

Which blocks open the front page, in what order, with which kind of card. Options, not programming work — and an empty section simply does not appear.

  4. 4 What makes the site yours is the photographs and the words

The layer that does the work: a yoga studio with four disciplines looks nothing like a network of seven schools — out of the same moulds.

  5. 5 And for the last 10 %, there is a way out

Your own CSS if you have a designer, hooks where an extension fits, a design pass by us when you would rather we did it.

Built from what you publish

We build your school from what you already publish — say yes and nothing is rebuilt.

A person reads your timetable and your site; in two working days a private link opens on your own school.

  • Your colour, your teachers' faces, your classes by day and room, a trial button on each.
  • Private: not indexed, unlisted, gone in 30 days unless you say yes.
  • Say yes and the preview becomes your account in place — the site is not rebuilt.
  • Four a month, because transcribing a PDF is a person's afternoon — said out loud.
  • In a hurry? Build it yourself tonight, from a pasted timetable.
  • Schedules, teachers, photos and prices imported; your student list keyed in by us.
  • coming · packet 18 Students, memberships and balances imported from your old tool, by file.

Rules the desk enforces

Money recorded once, rules the desk enforces.

Cash, terminal, transfer and card on one register; past-due members are blocked from booking by rule; month-end is a board, not a spreadsheet.

  • Registration fee, the class-count ladder, sibling discount, freeze cap, grace days: fields, not a PDF.
  • The price on your site is the price at the desk: one catalogue, read by both.
  • Money recorded once: cash, terminal, transfer and card on one register.
  • Card, MB WAY and certified invoicing are built, and switched on with the first school that takes a payment through us.
  • Month-end is a board: who is paid, in grace or past due, each with a list.
  • A member past grace cannot book until they pay — by rule, not by a call.
  • Freeze for a holiday or an injury; resume when they come back.
  • coming · packet 17 Direct debit through your own bank's file, keeping your creditor ID and your mandates.

Booking that knows dance

The rules a generic booking tool gets wrong.

A dance school is not a gym with different music. These are in the data model.

  • Monthly enrolment first, a trial class as the exception, drop-in where you switch it on
  • Enrol from the class itself and keep that seat every week; no portal, no password.
  • Lead and follow balanced in partner classes
  • The waitlist is per role, so the balance survives it.
  • Levels per style, with the assessment history behind them.
  • Competition and performance groups, as classes you close to a level.
  • Kids with guardians, consents and photo permissions
  • Age bands, so a child books what a child may book.
  • A missed Tuesday becomes Saturday 10:00 in the same tap, inside the rules you set.

Decisions, not dashboards

What the desk can already answer.

Not a dashboard yet — the counts sit on the screens where the decision is taken, which is where they get used.

  • Classes sorted by what needs a decision — full with a waitlist, under the minimum, no teacher.
  • Open the full class: a second group at a concrete free hour, room and teacher.
  • Today: every class at this location, with its register, on one screen.
  • The register: attendance in a tap on the teacher's phone, walk-ins, no-shows, first-timers flagged.
  • Why people cancel, as counts by reason and the sentences they wrote.
  • coming · wave 8 The owner's dashboard and reports across every location.

And the rest

The walk, not the opener.

Built and live — the things a demo shows in the second ten minutes.

  • Rent idle studio hours from the timetable itself: availability, requests and holds.
  • Workshops with capacity, a waitlist and a door list, sold online or at the counter.
  • Check-in by the QR code on the student's phone, by fob, or by name.
  • A kiosk on a tablet at reception, locked to the one screen it needs.
  • Letters by email in the language each person reads — fifteen kinds.
  • The evening a class floods: cancel, move or cover one date, telling people or not.
  • Staff roles per location: what each person may see, and what they may do.
  • A newsletter with double opt-in, and dated promotion banners.
  • coming · wave 9 Doors that open for the right people, with the fobs and QR codes you already have.

For dance · yoga · pilates · martial arts

  • Dance schools — levels, lead and follow, kids and guardians
  • Yoga and pilates — packs, credits, small rooms, cover teachers
  • Martial arts — belts as levels, family plans
  • Music schools — rooms by the hour, grades instead of levels
  • Networks — several locations, roles per location, one desk

Same product, a different first screen. A page of its own for each comes with the first school of that kind.

Platform

Where your data lives, and how you get it back.

The boring half, written down, because it is the half that is expensive to discover later.

  • Hosted in the European Union, on machines we run ourselves.
  • Every row carries its school, and the database itself refuses the others.
  • On request, one zip of everything, as files you can open.
  • Leave and it is archived, then deleted 30 days later. Nothing lingers.
  • A backup every night, kept a fortnight, and a restore we have rehearsed end to end.
  • Consents versioned: new wording is a new consent, and the old one stops counting.
  • Every request logged and every error tracked, with a health report each morning.
  • coming · wave 8 The audit trail: who changed what, and when.
