A plan is a rule the desk enforces.
Monthly, a pack of ten, a drop-in, a family. Renewal on a board, a freeze with a cap, grace days, a cancel-by day — fields, not a PDF. A past-due member is blocked from booking by rule, and the website price is the desk price the same minute.

- The ladder Your price list, typed once. Registration fee, the class-count ladder, unlimited, packs with credits, a sibling discount, a drop-in. Read by the site, the enrol sheet and the till — change it here and the website changes with it.
- The month-end Renewal is a board, not a spreadsheet. Who renews, who froze and until when, who is in grace days, who lapsed. A freeze has a cap; a cancel-by day is a field. Letters go out by rule, in the student's language.
- The block Past due cannot book. The desk does not have to say it. A member behind on her plan sees why on the site, in her language, and what to do. Reception sees a name on Today with a reason beside it — not an argument at the door.
The product Money Payments
Money recorded once, wherever it arrives.
Cash, terminal, transfer and card on one register per location, opened and counted. A drop-in paid at the door, a renewal paid online and a workshop paid by transfer are three lines on the same day — with the certified invoice issued for each, and the month's export for the accountant.
Card, MB WAY and certified invoicing are built, and switched on with the first school that takes a payment through us.

The product Money Checkout & MB WAY
Pay from the class, with the phone in your hand.
A student picks a plan or a drop-in from the class itself and pays by MB WAY or card, in her language, with the total shown before she taps. The screen says “pending” until the bank says paid — never a claim before the fact. The invoice arrives by email; the seat is hers.
Card, MB WAY and certified invoicing are built, and switched on with the first school that takes a payment through us.
